Liesel Matthew's second major motion picture did extremely well in the box office with her co-star Harrison Ford in "Air Force One". Now it is doing well in the rental (#1 in 4/98) and video sales (was number one 5/98)!
She was born in 1984, Illinois, USA. She is now 14 years old and can already light up the screen. Her Uncle is Hyatt Hotel chain founder Jay Pritzker. The movie was one of Harrison Ford's best yet and it was even better with Liesel starring in it as the First Daughter. Air Force One has not only done well in the US Box Office, but has already reached into Canada and Mexico and around the world! It is unsure of what Liesel will do next but I will keep this page updated as much as I possibly can.
Her first major motion picture that did well in the Box Office as well, was the re-make of Shirley Temples "A Little Princess". It had some script changes but Liesel brought all the joy of a little girl into it. A Little Princess will be cherished for years to come by little girls and their mothers!
